Orders

48 hour’s notice is required on all orders. If urgent order required, direct message and I will let you know if at all possible

Once order has been placed, full payment is required 48 hours before pick up date

Cancellations

Cancellations are only fully refundable if done 48 hours prior to pick up date.

Cancellations done within 24-48 hour’s notice prior to pick up date will forfeit 50% of the full payment to cover costs

Cancellations done with less than 24 hour’s notice will forfeit the full payment to cover costs


Pick Up

Orders are available for pick up as follows:

Monday – Friday 9am – 2.30pm, 4.00pm – 6.30pm

Saturday – 9am – 2.30pm

If pick up is required outside these hours, direct message me to work out a suitable time

Food Safety/Allergens

After collection, all boxes must be refrigerated until used (best consumed the same day), and we do not recommend them to be out at room temperature for more than 2 hours before being discarded. After collection, we are not liable for how our customers choose to store the boxes/platters, and we can only make recommendations on storage and consumption time limits. We are not liable for any food consumed or food unrefrigerated beyond this time.
